Toma Chic Rutten, the son of Sam and Seeta (KumPoowaKow) Rutten was born on March 7, 1979 at Fullerton, NE. Toma was baptized at the St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. He attended elementary School at Cedar Rapids and graduated from Cedar Rapids High School in 1997. Toma attended Northeast Community College persuing a degree as an electrician. He then came back to Cedar and has worked as a beekeeper at the Adee Honey Farm. Read more

Maurice Theodore Matzen, the son of Christian Theodore and Laura Marie Louise (Carstensen) Matzen was born on May 4, 1909 at Leigh, Nebraska. When Maurice was six years old his family moved to the St. Edward area. He attended elementary school at a country school and graduated from St. Edward High School in 1927. Read more

Susan Carol Palmer, the daughter of Bill and Billie (Turner) Thomson was born on February 9, 1949 at Orchard, NE. She was baptized into the Lutheran Faith in June of 1949. Susie attended school at Chambers Public School and graduated with honors from Chambers High School in 1967. Read more
