The population of Primrose more than doubled for Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 1, for the “Mud Drags” sponsored by the Primrose Volunteer Fire Department. A large crowd was on hand to watch four-wheel-drive pickups race head-to-head down the mud track. In this photo, one of the contestants sprays mud in the air on his way down the track in the Super Stock class.
