Rapid progress continues at Laredo Ridge

Workers continued to make rapid progress last week at the Laredo Ridge Wind Farm northeast of Petersburg.

The focus remains on building access roads and tower foundations.

Tower foundations are at various stages of completion throughout the wind farm area. Wanzek Construction crews have been building the steel rebar framework and setting the bolt cages and concrete forms in place during the day. The concrete is being poured at night.
