Boone Central speech team captured runner-up honors in a 19-team field at the Wayne High/ Wayne State Classic Tournament last Saturday, Feb. 3.

Several area students were named recently to the fall dean’s list at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. This is the dean’s list for students in nursing, the allied health professions, pharmacy and dentistry.
