 110

That was the lucky lottery number for the Boone Central Cardinals Tuesday.

On a warm but breezy day in Albion, Boone scored 110 points in both the girls and boys competition in the B-4 District track and field event, winning team championships in both divisions. The Cardinals also emerged with 17 qualifiers for the 2024 Nebraska State Track and Field Championships in Omaha May 15-16.

State Qualifiers for Boone Central will compete in 17 events in the Class B State Meet.
