I also want to learn French to be able to attend Paris Fashion Week; If I had one wish, I wish to make a life for myself and be able to retire my parents; Advice to my younger self: Don’t give up on your dreams. There is a passion in you that other people will try to shut down, but you don’t have to listen to them. There is no limit to what you can achieve. Don’t be afraid to be yourself even if that means you are different from people around you. One day you will find where you are meant to be and realize you’re not so different after all; A little-known fact about me is I am good at building things and doing construction work.

Riverside sending 17 to state speech meet

Riverside High School won the D1-4 District Speech Tournament team sweepstakes at High Plains last week and will be sending 17 entries to the D1 State Tournament at Kearney this Friday, March 22. First Place District Entries First place district entries for Riverside were: • Addie Murphy and Bennett Novacek, duet acting; • Addie Murphy, humorous prose; • Amelia Baldwin, Ashtyn Heikes, Haylee Ray, Maria Moseman and Marissa Langer in oral interpretation of drama; • Aspyn Molt, serious prose; • Colton Bernt, entertainment speaking; • Sadie Baldwin, extemporaneous speaking.
