Funeral services for Joseph A Schilousky, 67 of Albion, were held Friday, October 17, 2025, at Levander Funeral Home in Albion. Pastor Roy Schilousky officiated.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Shirley L. Nissen of Elgin, at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the Elgin Christian Community Church in Elgin.

Mass of Christian Burial for Robert John “Robbie” Kleffner Jr., 56 of Spalding were held Saturday, October 18, 2025, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Spalding.

Funeral Services for Dorothy “Dottie” Lee Olson, 93, of Albion, were held Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Levander Funeral Home, Albion. Chaplain Mark Hartley officiated, and a private family interment followed at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Graveside Service for Jack R. Steinbach, 78 of Sargent, will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, at Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Mick Goc officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Army Funeral Honor Guard, Crosier American Legion Post #226 of St. Edward, American Legion Post #104 of Sargent, and the American Legion Riders. Steinbach passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Good Samaritan Society – St. John’s in Kearney, NE. Miller-Levander Funeral Home of St. Edward, NE is in charge of the arrangements. A Mass of Christian Burial for Udine L. Sindelar of St. Edward was held Monday, October 13, 2025, at St. Edward Catholic Church. Rev. Matt Gutowski officiated, and interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Udine Loy Sindelar, daughter of Fred and Myrtle (Engberg) Fisher, was born on November 7, 1935, in Milford, and she passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Cloverlodge Care Center in St. Edward. She attended St. Edward Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1953. On September 3, 1956, she was united in marriage to John “Jack” W. Sindelar at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. From this union, she was blessed with five children. The couple first made their home in Cedar Rapids, where they helped his parents operate the family bar for two years before moving to Columbus. In 1961, they settled in St. Edward, where they raised their family.
