About an hour of Monday’s Boone County Commissioners meeting was devoted to discussion of the revised plans for the Summit Carbon Solutions CO2 pipeline project in Nebraska and Boone County. Elgin blood drive to recognize mom’s life saved by transfusion

Following the delivery of her daughter, Jessica Reich experienced complications requiring several units of blood. Jessica’s life was saved by those transfusions, along with the caring staff of the Boone County Health Center who went above and beyond.
