Matt Lech was hired at Cornhusker Public Power District as an apprentice line technician on the Columbus Underground Construction Crew in August of 2024. He is a 2022 graduate of North Platte St. Patricks High School. Lech graduated with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Utility Line in 2024. Lech interned with Corn-husker Public Power District on the Albion crew in the summer of 2024.

I miss the days when things were just fun and you didn’t have to worry about other countries. We’d be much better off if we could go back to when it took a few weeks for news from around the world to reach us.

A funeral service for Richard W. Taylor, 62 of Scituate, Mass., was held Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at St Luke’s Episcopal Church, Scituate, Mass.
