Body Saturday, October 4th the Boone Central Marching Band stepped off on the Harvest of Harmony parade route with 31 band students and six spirit squad members marching. The Cardinal Band performed “ Feel it Still,” Applause Applause,” “Hail Varsity” & “Go Cardinals, Go.

Body The Boone Central Cross Country teams traveled northwest to Atkinson last week to participate in the big West Holt Invitational. This meet featured many of the top rated Class D teams, thus using Class D scoring (the top 3 runners are scored instead of the top 4).

Body With the cool fall air moving in and the leaves beginning to turn, the golf season is definitely on the back nine. Last week, the Cardinals had back-toback meets.

Body The Boone Central Lady Cardinals went 2-1 this past week with wins over Ord and Elgin Public/Pope John (EPPJ) to improve their regularseason record to 12-10.
