Boone Central 6th Grade Boys recently competed at the Summerland Boys Basketball Tournament that hosted 8 teams in their division. Their first game resulted in a close loss to a good EPPJ team, and because of this, they were forced to enter the consolation bracket.

The Boone Central Cardinal wrestling team wrestled in a triangular on Thursday, Jan. 29, picking up matches against Columbus Lakeview and Scotus Central.

The Boone Central boys were back in action at the Mid State Conference Tournament on Feb 6th as they took on the O’Neill Eagles (4-14) in the ninth-place game at O’Neill. This one wasn’t pretty, but the boys got the job done and secured the win.
