Pickrell earns honor

Grant Pickrel of Fullerton was recently named to the Chadron State College Spring 2024 President’s Honor List. This list consists of students with a 4.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale. To qualify, students must be enrolled in 12 credit hours of coursework, be seeking their first bachelor’s degree, and have no incomplete grades during the semester.

Tractor Parade in memory of Radenslaben

Opening event of Newman Grove’s Shell Creek Valley Days on Friday, May 31, will be the annual Antique Tractor Parade through the downtown area starting at 5 p.m. This year’s parade will be in memory of the late Terry Radenslaben, who often participated in the parade.
