Body The Newman Grove Red Cross blood drive was held on August 18, 2025, at Fellowship Bible Church. We had 49 donors collecting 50 units of blood with a goal of 52.

Body The Boone Central Lady Cardinal girls softball team opened their season with a game against the Central City Bison on the road on August 21.

Body Dan and Shelley Lueken family hosted their 7th annual back to school breakfast. They have hosted kids and parents on the first day of school with homemade breakfast to start their year of school. It is a neighborhood tradition.
