Lady Cards push win streak

Boone Central, riding a twogame win streak from last week, took the show on the road as they visited the Summerland Bobcats (7-7). The Bobcats got the first points of the game but that was the last positive thing you could say for the Bobcats in this one as the Cardinals took control from there taking a 14-6 lead into the second and then dominating the second quarter to amass a 40-10 halftime lead.

Boone Central FFA recently announced via their social media that the chapter has received a $10,000 grant from Country Partners that will help the group support members, projects, and learning opportunities. “This funding allows us to expand our leadership development and better prepare our members for careers in agriculture.”
