A big project is coming to conclusion at the DC Ag facility southeast of Albion.

The new 3,600-square-foot office area is nearing completion, and owner Dallas Choat said he hopes to have that area in use by this Friday, March 8.

Completion of this area will put the finishing touches on the company’s new facilities along the Highway 39 corridor.

The main warehouse and shop building, a 100 x 300 foot structure, was erected on the 10.5-acre lot last year. It was already being used for seed, chemical and fertilizer storage last spring.

The 60 x 60 foot office area was added on the west side of the warehouse last spring. Doug Borer’s crew framed the building, and Tom Stevenson and Mike Choyeski installed the metal work. The interior finish work was not completed until just recently.
