Cornhusker Power Goodwill Fund trustees awarded $6,765 to 29 organizations at their May 13 meeting.

Area organizations receiving funds were: Albion -- Albion Community Blood Drive, $100 for food; Boone County Fitness Center, $100 for pool toys; Boone County Health Center Foundation, $500 for mammogram equipment; and Good Samaritan Society Albion, $100 for garden flowers and vegetables.
