‘Ride to Remember’ Aug. 24 to include benefit auction for Wrenley Frey

The annual “Ride to Remember” sponsored by South Side Lounge and Fire & Iron Motorcycle Club, Shell Creek Station 102, is coming up Saturday, Aug. 24, at Newman Grove.
Registration is set for 10 a.m. that day at Southside Lounge, Newman Grove, with kickstands up at 11:30. Participants are invited to “Ride It or Drive It” for the poker run, which typically draws a large turnout.
A benefit auction will follow the ride at Southside Lounge, with a portion of the proceeds going to the family of Wrenley Frey to help them with expenses.
Wrenley was born June 7 at 24 weeks and six days, and she weighed one pound, 3.4 ounces at birth. She remains hospitalized at Methodist
