Area residents turned out in force to assist tornado victims at the annual Burger Bash last Friday, May 17, at Albion ThriftyWay. Manning the Boone-Nance Cattlemen’s grill for part of the event were Brian Honholdt and Chris Kohtz. Some 600 hamburgers served, and the free will donations totaled $2,711.
