Jan. 25, the Lower Loup Natural Resources District (LLNRD) is proceeding with designation of two “drought zones” as Groundwater Quality Management Sub-Areas.

Also, the LLNRD is instituting an additional rule (Rule 5-2) to regulate groundwater runoff within the district.
