High heat and humidity last weekend didn’t hold down the enthusiasm for the antique farming demonstrations at the 42nd annual Nebraska State Antique Tractor & Horse Plowing Contest near Petersburg.

However, the conditions did hold down crowd size somewhat last Sunday when temperatures at Charlie’s Park reached 95 degrees.
