Donald C. Simonson, 85, of Lincoln, passed away March 11, 2024.

Donald was born on Nov. 27, 1938 in Newman Grove to Chris and Florence Simonson.

Donald is survived by his wife, Jona, daughters: René (Mike), Shelley (Shannon), son Shane, stepchildren: Lori (Joe) Rick and many more, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, two brothers and a sister.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Audra and daughter Chantell.

Funeral services were previously held at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries. Memorials preferred to Michael J. Fox foundation.
