The filling station on Main Street in Newman Grove changed hands on December 8, 2025. Theo’s Corner, formerly owned by Dustin Guthard, was sold to Brian Wiese.

The business is now called Wiese Quality Services. Brian Wiese is a Newman Grove native, having graduated from Newman Grove High School in 1995. He lives east of Newman Grove and formerly operated a mobile welding service.
