The Newman Grove Tree Board celebrated Earth Day and Arbor Day with the Newman Grove Elementary.

The pre-K to 6th grade received a book and puzzle for their classrooms. The 4th, 5th and 6th graders each received a tree sapling from the Lower Platte North NRD.

In the afternoon the 5th and 6th grades helped plant a tree in memory of Dean Roberg and it was planted in our city park.
