Humanities Nebraska speaker Jody Lamp entertained patrons of the St. Edward Public Library with her Nebraska history program on Thursday, September 19 at the library.

After the past two weeks of running on rather grueling hilly courses, the Boone Central Cross Country teams returned to the friendly confines of the Albion Country Club for the annual Tom Dickey Individual Invitational. This meet not only awards trophies for the top two finishing teams, it uniquely decorates the top 5 finishers of each grade level with medals.

On Monday night, Sept. 30, the Boone Central Lady Cardinals played their last home games of the regular season with two tough teams in a round-robin triangular.
