A list of election filings was released by County Clerk Sarah Robinson after the incumbent filing deadline last Thursday, Feb. 15.

An Albion couple told the Albion City Council last Tuesday night, Feb. 13, about hardships they are facing after the sewer line serving their home on 10th Street was damaged by a contractor digging for a basement on the neighboring lot.

Another $10,000 was added to the fund drive total for the Eli Porter Memorial Playground project with a donation from the Boone County Foundation Fund.
