Sunday evening Ben and Ashley Thieman removed the dead and dying roses and evergreen ground covering on the east end of the Boulevard. The small plot had been land-scaped many years ago by Kelsey Claar as a Girl Scout project which included a flowering apple tree. The tree has in the past years grown larger making the area very shady. New landscaping is planned....
