Dan McKeon of Amherst filed recently as the third candidate for the District 41 seat in the Nebraska Legislature.

McKeon is an agronomy consultant and entrepreneur, and a former member of the Nebraska Army National Guard.

At a recent meeting of the Nebraska Republican Party Central Committee, the party endorsed McKeon as its choice in the 2024 elections.
