A truck driver was injured and his vehicle was considered a total loss after it collided with a cow early Monday morning, March 4, on Highway 32 east of Petersburg.

Boone County Sheriff’s office said the accident occurred at about 2:14 a.m. about 5.7 miles east of Petersburg.
