Students from 27 area schools participated in the 2026 Nate Metschke Memorial Honor Band hosted by Neligh-Oakdale.

Three ensembles rehearsed throughout the day, enjoyed beautiful weather, ate a pizza and apple lunch, and performed a 4:30 p.m. concert.
