On Sunday, May 25th, 2025, the Boone County Historical Society hosted their gazebo dedication.

A short program was held in the museum due to the weather. The program included a history of the building of the gazebo, a remembrance of those in whom donations were given, and a reflection on Edward Iwan, given by Dan Zoucha.
