Stepping off right on time at 10 a.m. as promised, the Boone Central Marching band performed a number of songs over just a few blocks to lead the 2025 Kiddie Parade in downtown Albion to celebrate the July 4 weekend. Youth, parents and even a nationallyrecognized singer “Lee Greenwood” made and appearance (at right) in a variety of floats, bikes, wagons and strollers. The event was sponsored by the Albion Chamber of Commerce. More pictures inside and at www.paperandinkllc.smugmug.com.
