Boone Central’s Cardinal junior high boys’football team played against Columbus Scotus on Thursday, Sept. 5, struggling against the visiting team, falling in both the “A” and “B” team games.

The Cardinal “A” junior high team struggled to keep up with a big Scotus lead at the half, 28-0, and though they put six on the board in the fourth, it wasn’t enough to reclaim the lost ground.
