The Boone Central girls’ basketball team ended the regular season last week with a win and loss. The Cardinals hosted the Centura Centurions (11-10) on Feb 11th and played a tight game all the way to the buzzer, coming away with the narrow victory.

Trollope represents Cardinals at State

Preston Trollope bowled his way through districts to an individual qualifying spot at the 2025 NSAA state bowling tournament last week. Trollope traveled to Lincoln’s Sun Valley Lanes to join the field of 29 other bowlers in the head-to-head competition over four games.

The Boone Central Cardinals boys’ basketball team was on a tear heading into the conference tournament and they didn’t let up as they burned through the competition and took home the championship trophy for the first time in over a decade.
