On July 30th and 31st the 2025-2026 officer team completed their officer training. On Wednesday the group started out the day visiting DC Seed and Chemical in Albion for a tour of their facilities.
Drs. Troyer, staff honored at retirement open house

A Retirement Open House was held at the St. Edward Medical Clinic on Thursday, August 14 to honor retiring physicians Drs. Terry and Joyce Troyer, and their long-time employees LPN Kerri Zentner, RN Janet Molt, and Office/Insurance Assistant Judy Brauner.

Dallas Choat at DC Seed & Chemical recently hosted the St. Edward FFA Chapter officer team for a tour of the facility and to talk “all things ag.” The FFA also launched their food drive for Heartland United Way, collecting donations through September 8. Photos from DC Seed social media.
St. Edward team wins over Madison

The St. Edward Men’s Soccer team scored a 4-3 win against Madison during a hard-fought game played on Saturday, July 26 during the Beaver Valley Days celebration. The final two regular season games will be against O’Neill on Friday, August 1 in O’Neill, and against Ainsworth on Friday, August 8 in St. Edward.
Paez brings new life to pub and family

On March 9, 2023 The Beaver’s Pub re-opened its doors to the people of Saint Edward and surrounding areas under the ownership of Angel Paez and his family. Since its re-opening, the pub has continued to garner positive reviews and satisfied customers during its nearly two and a half years in business.

Kroening joins center as manager

The Beaver Valley Senior Center welcomes Jeff Kroening to their Center as of July 1. Jeff and his wife, Laurie, recently moved to the community from Gillett, Wisconsin where Jeff worked as a salesperson for Primal Eats.
