The Panther Cross Country team traveled to Atkinson for the meet on Thursday, October 2nd. It was a hot day where junior high ran approximately 1 mile.

The Boone Central Middle School Cardinals hosted the Pierce Bluejays last Tuesday with two depleted rosters dealing with injuries and illness. The seventh graders got things started and traded blows with the Bluejays.

The Boone Central Cross Country teams traveled northwest to Atkinson last week to participate in the big West Holt Invitational. This meet featured many of the top rated Class D teams, thus using Class D scoring (the top 3 runners are scored instead of the top 4).
Fresh into a winning record, the Boone Central Cardinals took the show on the road last week as they visited the Centurions of Centura (2-3). The Centurions started out their season similar to the Cardinals with losses in their opening two to solid teams in Wood River and Doniphan Trumbull before two wins brought them back to even.

A blustery but bountiful day for the Girls Golf Team at the NSAA C-2 District Championships at Quail Run. The Cards fired at team score of 400 finishing them in the Runner Up spot, which qualified them for the State Championships next week in North Platte.
