4-H members, leaders receive recognition at special event

Body Boone County 4-H families enjoyed an ice cream social, compliments of the Boone County 4-H Council at the Annual 4-H Achievement Party held on Sunday, Oct. 20, at the Boone County Fairgrounds in Albion, said Steve Pritchard, Extension educator in Boone and Nance Counties.

FRIEND OF 4-H -- Randy Pelster of Petersburg (center), received the 2024 Boone County 4-H Supporter Award presented by the Boone County 4-H Council. Wiith Randy were his wife Brenda and son Kahnen.

Gateway Youth Foundation keeps Albion theatre operating
