Eldin Berlin was an artist from an early age, recalls his grandson, Brandyn. Among his grandfather’s things, Brandyn found a report card of Eldin’s, upon which the budding young artist had sketched a picture of a man smoking a cigarette. “Probably was wishing he could sneak out and smoke one,” joked Brandyn.
