Body Ash Ballentine of Saint Edward is among 200 Husker undergraduates who have been awarded stipends by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to participate in research with a faculty mentor this fall.

Body This December, 37 Boone County charitable organizations will be raising awareness and funds to support key projects during the 11th Boone County Big Give. This is the highest number of participating organizations in the event’s history with multiple projects in each community.

Body The third annual Don Friese golf open was hosted by the Petersburg American Legion Post 334 with 12 teams competing on the Petersburg course. Friese is remembered as a long time Legion member and avid golfer.
