Class C1 #9 ranked Boone Central (Omaha World-Herald) stacked up two more wins this past week and continued to build momentum for the rapidly approaching postseason. The Cardinals (12-4) have won five straight games, nine of their past 10, and 12 of 14 since an 0-2 start.

We said it would be a tough week for the Boone Central girls and that’s one of those predictions you hope to be wrong on ... but alas.
