Body Marc Pelster, journey line technician at Cornhusker Public Power District Albion service center, recently marked his 15-year service anniversary. Pelster was hired as an apprentice line technician on the Columbus construction crew on July 11, 2011.

Body Journey Line/Service Technician Dave Shanno was recently recognized for 30 years of service to Loup Power District. Shanno worked for the Wahoo Utilities Department and Cornhusker Public Power District before joining Loup in 1996 as a line/service technician in Albion.

Nurses certify in child safety

Body Boone County Health Center is continuing its commitment to keeping children safe by certifying two registered nurses as Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPSTs). Angie Schalk, RN, and Maria Kinney, RN, completed the nationally recognized certification program in April.
