Boone County Health Center (BCHC) has announced that Keri Carraher, RN, Home Health Director, has been elected as a Director at Large on the Nebraska Home Care Association (NHCA) Board of Directors. Carraher, who earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK) and her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), has dedicated 20 years to BCHC.

Boone County Health Center (BCHC) has extended appreciation to Dr. Anthony Kusek for his many years of dedicated service as Chief of Medical Staff—a role vital to the leadership and coordination of BCHC’s medical providers.

Paul Yrkoski retired from Cornhusker Public Power District on September 5, 2025. Yrkoski was hired in 1990 as a grounds man, promoted to stores/ utility technician in 1991, and purchasing/ stores supervisor in 2015.
