Body Newspapering is a wild world event. Publishers spend lots of time, conventions and talking with each other - trying to re-invent the wheel and find the “next big thing” that will entice readers to utiltize our product.

Body I wrestled (poorly) in high school, in what seems like a lifetime ago picking up at least some matches in Newman Grove’s gym - I don’t know that we traveled to Boone Central when I was younger. You didn’t miss much by not having me here!

Body This past week saw some just outrageous behavior on both sides of the aidle. State politics jumped the rails, federal politics jumped the rails and all of us sat glued to our televisions and internet browsers to see who was right and what was going to happen.

Body As a man, and a husband, and a father, I can tell you that there is a distinct difference between “liking” something and “looking” at something. Men probably get my drift, wives most certainly get my drift, but for the rest of you, here’s the breakdown as I see it.

Body One of the first events I had the chance to attend when I first came to the community was the Boone Central Choral Clinic performance. I come from a musical family, and my kids all love music - from my college age one down to my kindergartener.
