Yuletide Fest well attended

Body
Yuletide Fest was held in Newman Grove on Friday evening, December 5. A big crowd attended. There were rides, all businesses were open with hot drinks and treats, and of course, Santa Claus and the big beautiful tree on Main Street. This year they had two reindeer on display that fit in with the festivities very well. They were brought from Wood River Nebraska by the Blue Star Reindeer Farm. They displayed a mother, called a doe and her baby, a fawn. The doe was two years old and her name was Wednesday. The fawn’s name was Everdine. Blue Star Farms has a total of seven reindeer at this time with hopes of increasing their herd.
